PETER G. MCGRATH

Attorney McGrath is a New Hampshire native and founding member of the firm, who concentrates his practice in the areas of complex injury law, family law, environmental law, real estate law, and general litigation matters. Attorney McGrath combines a unique and expansive background of litigation experience, both from the prosecutorial side and from the private sector. As a federal prosecutor with the United States Department of Justice, Attorney McGrath was the lead prosecutor for the government in several major federal cases, including several in New Hampshire. During his tenure with the Justice Department, Attorney McGrath served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in several federal districts, handled numerous jury trials, and directed various complex investigations. Since 1992, Attorney McGrath has been in the private practice of law focusing on family law, personal injury, medical malpractice, business counseling, and real estate law. Attorney McGrath received a master's degree in environmental law (MSL), magna cum laude, and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Vermont Law School, and he was a note editor of the Vermont Law Review. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New Hampshire and the United States Supreme Court Bar. Attorney McGrath serves as a Member of the American Bar Association, NH Bar Association, Rotary Club of Concord, BNI Partners for Success, and NH Association for Justice. He has been a speaker at environmental seminars and other seminars involving real estate issues and the rights of landlords and tenants.


LINDA ALDON

Attorney Aldon concentrates her practice in the areas of general civil litigation, family law, probate law, and the settlement of disputes through mediation. Attorney Aldon brings to the firm a diversified legal background plus rich prior experiences in the fields of education and community development. This background assists and complements her ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing attorneys, judges and other professionals in the dedicated service of our clients’ interests. Prior to joining McGrath Law Firm, Attorney Aldon practiced law in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, in private practice and also for the nationally recognized firm of Shapiro & Kreisman. She has worked with clients on complex litigation matters, and has both valuable trial experience and significant experience as a mediator. Attorney Aldon is a graduate of Emmanuel College (B.A.), Harvard University (M.A.), and received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Boston College Law School. Attorney Aldon is admitted to the New Hampshire Bar, Massachusetts Bar, and the United States District Court for the Districts of New Hampshire and Massachusetts.


DANIEL J. CORLEY

Attorney Corley began his legal career in New York City assisting a high profile international law firm in protecting and acquiring major companies. Attorney Corley practiced law in the courts of New York for more than 20 years, specializing in a wide range of litigation and transactional matters. Attorney Corley served as a Court Attorney in the Civil Court of the City of New York assisting and advising judges and acted as an advisor to Mayor Giuliani's transition team as a real estate specialist. Attorney Corley received his undergraduate degree from Fordham College and attended Brooklyn Law School as well as Touro Law School where he received his Juris Doctor. In 2005, Attorney Corley moved to New Hampshire and joined McGrath Law Firm. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New Hampshire and the State of New York. Attorney Corley represents clients in litigation, transactional matters, personal injury, insurance claims, commercial litigation, environmental issues, land use, criminal matters, and families and victims of rape and molestation. He is also a title agent in the State of New Hampshire and real estate counsel. Attorney Corley prides himself on his common sense approach to achieve results for his clients.


JASON BEECHER

Attorney Beecher concentrates his practice in the areas of general civil litigation, tort/ negligence law, family law, landlord/ tenant law, collections, land use, and contract matters. Prior to joining McGrath Law Firm, Attorney Beecher worked as an Educator in the Environmental Education and Outdoor Recreation profession, teaching both school students and adults in California, Alaska, and the Adirondacks of New York. Attorney Beecher also coached his local high school basketball and soccer teams for several years. His work in the education field has provided valuable experience in the skill of effective communication whether it be with clients, counsel, or the courts. Attorney Beecher is a graduate of Delhi College (A.A.S.), Cornell University (B.S.), and Vermont Law School (J.D.). He is admitted to practice law in the State of New Hampshire and the United States District Court of New Hampshire. He has been a speaker at real estate seminars addressing the rights of landlords and tenants, as well as community programs and events addressing a variety of environmental issues.
